Shipping Policies
Items will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days from the date of order completion intimation sent to you via email.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We also choose to ship through India Post if your shipping address is not serviced by our other shipping/courier partners.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
You may track the shipping status of your order using the tracking number and shipping partner information provided to you on your registered email address.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Order Cancellation Policies
Only orders that are still in status “Pending payment” or “Processing” or “on hold” can be cancelled.
If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to cancel it.
In some cases, order cancellation may attract 5.5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.
(This is because most of the payment gateway providers collect their commission even though the order is cancelled and refunded)
Return & Refund Policies
If product shipped is found damaged, mismatched as described in specifications or faulty then the customer needs to inform us on [email protected] within 5 days after receiving the consignment.
The products need to be returned for verification. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Customer has to return the consignment properly and need to send its tracking number and courier service of shipment within defined time period of 5 days after receiving the consignment.
If returned item is considered as valid by our team, then we will ship another same item in 2 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to manage delivery we will issue 100% refund.
Yugadi Enterprises LLP reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Due to the nature of the products, we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
